What we collect

When you submit an inquiry we collect the details you provide (name, company, email, phone, country, product interest, volume, destination and message) and basic technical data (IP address) for security and fraud prevention.

Site analytics

We run our own analytics rather than a third-party tracker, and we set no advertising cookies. When you visit a page we record the page address, the referring page, your browser type, approximate country and city, how long you stayed and how far you scrolled.

To distinguish repeat visits from new ones we store a random identifier in your browser’s local storage. It is not linked to your name or email unless you separately submit an inquiry, and clearing your browser storage removes it. Approximate location is derived from your IP address; we store the country and city, not the full address. Analytics records are deleted automatically after 90 days.

Why we collect it

To respond to your inquiry and to connect you with relevant suppliers and refineries. Our lawful basis is your consent (given when you submit the form) and our legitimate interest in operating a sourcing service.

Who we share it with

We share inquiry details with the suppliers and refineries we introduce to you so they can quote. We do not sell your data.

Retention & your rights

We keep inquiry data only as long as needed to provide the service and meet legal obligations. You may request access, correction, or deletion of your data at any time by contacting us.
